This 14-day jumpstart will help you refocus and get back on the health wagon. Clean eating (meal plan included) and progressive workouts will make the challenge...well, challenging. We do our best to make sure you are not alone in this journey by constant check-ins.
The point of this challenge is to show participants the effects of sugar on the body and to teach you how to boost your metabolism in just two weeks.
