OUR SERVICES

The services we offer are designed to improve total-body general health and fitness with your interests in mind.

Our program generally consists of 3-7 fitness classes per day along with weekly nutrition seminars, and health related team building events planned around your schedule. There is a variety of flexible options available for each service, and our primary goal is to provide you with a program that makes health and fitness enjoyable. We'll help you determine your employees goals and interests, and design a customized Workplace Wellness program based on their needs. We can also work with you to develop an incentives program that is specific to your employees to help keep them motivated.

Onsite Fitness Classes & Personal Training

Many fitness professionals offer a one-size fits all approach, but Bennett Fit offers a variety of classes for different ability levels and goals. This is what makes us unique. Our classes use body weight exercises and resistance bands to provide challenging workouts, and we'll bring the equipment to you. You don't need a big fancy gym to benefit from our workouts. 

Our classes focus on hip-flexor development, core strength, balance and coordination, flexibility, and muscular strength. We always stress the importance of proper mechanics and body positioning in order to avoid injury. We have a variety of different classes, including the more traditional workout classes as well as the newly popular dance-based classes.  If there's a class you're interested in, but don't see it on the list, let us know! We always encourage your suggestions.

Beginner Fitness

Want to start a workout routine but don't really know how? Worried that you wouldn't be able to keep up? Just can't find the motivation? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, this is the class for you. We'll gently ease you into starting your healthy lifestyle. Nothing crazy, we promise.

Urban Kick

Urban Kick blends kickboxing, martial arts, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drills into a full body workout. This class is great for cardiovascular fitness, metabolic boosting, and functional body-weight strengthening.

Zumba

Zumba is a popular Latin dance inspired fitness class. This class will help you tone and sculpt your body while you have fun!

U-Jam/Salsa

U-Jam is a hip-hop based dance workout class that will improve your cardiovascular fitness. We also have a Salsa dancing class is taught by world renown dancer Keesha Buenavente. Come learn basic and advanced salsa dancing techniques. If you think working out has to be boring, these classes will prove you wrong.

Meal Plans

If you struggle with your health, want to achieve a weight loss goal, or just feel like your current eating habits aren’t working for you, we’re here to help. We evaluate your current nutrition, and create a customized plan for you to follow. We can also help you with grocery shopping guides and healthy recipes to make eating healthy easy and enjoyable.

Nutrition Seminars

Our nutrition seminars will help you become educated on nutrient rich foods that enable your body to reach optimal health and efficiency. These seminars will include cooking demonstrations and recipes as well as ideas on how to incorporate healthy ingredients into your cooking.

Detox Challenges

These challenges are a great way to get a fresh start on your new healthy lifestyle. We offer detoxes and cleanses to rejuvenate your body. These are conducted through a variety of 5-day, 10-day, and 20-day challenges. These health challenges can be completed in teams, or individually with incentives in place to encourage success. One of our 10-day detox participants told us:

Healthy Tips

We can provide you with daily tips on proper nutrition and common diet misconceptions. These tips will encourage small steps in the right direction so you won’t be overwhelmed.

 

Team Building Events & Activites

This list includes a few of our most popular events, but we encourage your creativity! We will work with you to plan the perfect health & fitness related activities for your employees. 

Bennett Fit Games

This team-building event incorporates a variety of health & fitness inspired games. We will provide opportunities for different fitness levels to make sure everyone is included. Employees will get acquianted with each other through friendly competition and have fun while they get active. It's even more fun when you get the neighboring businesses involved and compete for the most wins.

(Your Business)'s Top Dance Crew

Do you enjoy dancing, or maybe just watching your co-workers embarrass themseleves? This event involves teams putting together their own dance routines and competing against each other for the title. Hidden talents may be unveiled.

Gym & Juice

This event includes a social, fun-filled workout and juicing demonstration. We will go over the health benefits of juicing and teach you how to do it on your own!

Healthy Happy Hour

Sometimes you want a drink when life gets stressful. Our party will show you the secret to maintaining your figure without sacrificing the fun.
