Why should I do the 14 days of health program?
- Simply put, the 14 days of health program is designed to create awareness about what we put in our bodies and also to jumpstart the metabolism in order to become healther and more active. A byproduct to this is you will lose body fat and gain muscle.
How is the program laid out?
-We will have 14 consecutive days of workouts while following a no sugar plan, Accountability is huge here, so we will be in small groups to ensure we work as a team.
I don't have a sweet tooth, I only have fruits and vegetables. Do I live a sugar free lifestyle?
-No, many fruits and vegetables have large amounts of sugar. Your body recognizes sugar as sugar. It doesn't matter if its fructose (fruit sugar) or sucrose (table sugar). Sugar is sugar.
Are there any health risks associated with this intense meal plan?
-yes, please do not choose to skip meals. When you eat healthier, you'll need a lot more food just to amount to a normal caloric intake.
-Do not apply the same idea to sodium. The body can go without sugar, but not without salt. Make sure to keep the recommended amount of salt (1200mg) in your daily intake.
Where will the workouts happen?
-The workouts will happen at Bennett Fit Gym. If we have the demand for virtual training, we will broadcast the workouts via zoom also.
How many pounds will I lose if I do this program?
-Each person is different, and their habits will have a say in this answer. The average person loses about 5-7lbs and drops about 3% body fat,
