14 Days of Health Workout Schedule

You've made it this far! Prepare to workout for 14 consecutive days. You might be a little sore! 

Fitness Team

Monday-Friday

Classes will incorporate cardio, mobility and strength. The level of intensity increases as the program progresses.

Classes will be Monday-Friday from 8:00-9:00pm

Flexibility

Saturday and Sunday

Weekends will be double days. You will have a group workout plus an outdoor challenge. Challenges include: Hikes, Track and field runs, bike rides, scavenger hunts, and more.

Saturday and Sunday workouts are @ 7am

Challenges are at 1pm
