Service Description

14-Days of Hell(th)- Do you have what it takes to complete this challenge? 14 days of clean eating and workouts. This program is designed to jumpstart your fitness and to educate about the effects of sugar on the body. Teams compete against each other to encourage one another to adhere to the plan. Weight loss is not the ultimate goal of the program, it’s a by-product.
